For the first time we have the knowledge and tools to end child hunger - but we need your help to spread the word that this is achievable, and to help raise funds to make it a reality.
Action Against Hunger is currently looking for Adventure Leaders within your campus. A voluntary position with a year-long commitment, this is an amazing opportunity to develop essential skills for your future, undertake the legendary London to Paris or Leeds to Amsterdam cycle rides, and all the while helping fund lifesaving Action Against Hunger programmes around the world.
We are looking for outgoing and resourceful students with an entrepreneurial spirit. You get to build your own promotional campaign on campus to recruit a team; you then inspire and manage your team with help from Action Against Hunger and Student Adventures and then lead your team to Amsterdam or Paris.
With Adventure Leaders it is the case that you get what you put into the work, and those that go the extra mile reap the rewards later
Action Against Hunger is an international humanitarian organisation committed to ending child hunger. We work in 46 countries, assisting over 7 million people every year.
We fight hunger at every level. We provide lifesaving treatment to malnourished children, but also ensure that communities have access to safe drinking water to protect children from illnesses that lead to malnutrition. We work in partnership with communities to help families establish secure livelihoods, and with health ministries to build capacity and knowledge which will save lives long after we are gone. We advocate for change at the highest levels, putting hunger on the global agenda.
