Description

Are you a person who would like to make life easier for parents staying in hospital with their sick children ?

The ARCHIE Foundation is recruiting volunteers to help support the Family Support Worker with the running of the parent accommodation & parent lounges.

Tasks will be mainly maintaining & restocking vending machines, refill coffee/tea machines. General tidy of lounges, if required

The ARCHIE Foundation 'Makes The Difference' by funding a wide range of items & services either within the hospital and the community. Having a child in hospital can be a very stressful time for families and a simple thing, such as coffee/tea in a relaxed atmosphere can be a huge benefit.

1-2 hours per week is expected. Ideally we would like a team of volunteers to enable cover Monday - Friday mornings. However, afternoons will be considered.

Training will be held onsite by ARCHIE'S Family Support Worker.
