Are you good at talking to people? Have you got strong interview and reporting skills? Then , boost your CV with WRVS. We need volunteers to interview older people, in Aberdeen, who have been referred to us as having need of support and services to enable them to live independently and to get more out of life.
To do this we need to know what each older person needs and what we at WRVS can do to help them achieve those outcomes. That's where you come in. You will interview and identify the needs of older people in their own homes and report back to the Service Manager helping her identify the services we can provide for that older person. An interesting and worthwhile role with its own obvious rewards.

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

Role specific training for Customer Service volunteers will be given plus Subjects like Dementia Awareness, falls training and other role-related topics.
