Description

For one evening only, a GIANT evening of fun for all will take place in the Sir Duncan Rice Library. Based on the theme of giants, there will be multiple interactive activities, a talk, dress up and photo booth and more. We are looking for volunteers to meet and greet the public, lead interactive activities, collect evaluation and assist generally with the event itself.

The volunteer roles will involve interacting with children but at no time will volunteers be left alone with children.

Volunteers will be fully briefed beforehand.

The event will take place on Saturday 21st January, 5-8pm. Volunteers will be needed 4-9pm.

This opportunity will assist you in gaining the following skills:

About you

Essential: enjoys interacting with the public, especially families; thrives on the adrenalin of participating in a busy event

Desirable: Able to learn a short activity and then demonstrate it to others
