Our Technology Support Squad set up computers, tablets, smartphones, TV’s and talking book machines, they resolve IT problems and help people get online. Whether you’re an IT expert or have an interest in technology you can join our team and help people with sight loss use technology and the internet with confidence.

What you will be doing?
Identify and resolve computer problems, Support people with IT development, Install hardware, software and upgrades
Helping people with sight loss in their own homes, at events or remotely through web applications. Showing people different options for getting online. Setting up devices and equipment Using our online system to manage and update requests for help
