Description

Do you like sport and want to make a real difference to people with learning disabilities and additional support needs? Then this role is for you! Boccia (pronounced “bot-cha”) is one of the three Paralympic sports that does not have an Olympic sport equivalent. Boccia belongs to the same family as petanque and bowls, so is quite similar to these sports. Inspire run a weekly session and are looking for eager volunteers to help out and coach some of the super individuals that attend.

This opportunity will assist you in gaining the following skills:

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

Boccia training will be given through Disability Sport Aberdeen.
